On October 19, members of the BNMC Rotary Club will be gathering at West Side Rowing Club for an evening dedicated to service, stewardship, and community pride.

Volunteers should come prepared with gloves, buckets, grabber tools, and a shared commitment to making a difference along Buffalo's waterfront trail system.

The group will be focused their efforts on the BNMC Rotary Club's adopted section of the trail, stretching from Porter Avenue to Busti and Hampshire Streets. Volunteers will work together to remove litter and debris from the paved pathway, helping create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for everyone who enjoys the trail.

Beyond the cleanup effort, the evening will also provide an opportunity to reflect on Rotary's broader mission of community improvement. The group will pause at the observation platform overlooking the area, taking in the scenic views while discussing future opportunities to enhance and support this important public space.

Events like this showcase Rotary's commitment to "Service Above Self." The BNMC Rotary Club remains committed to supporting projects that improve Buffalo's neighborhoods, public spaces, and quality of life. Through hands-on service and collaborative efforts, Rotary members continue to turn ideas into action and strengthen the communities they serve.
